The load applied when the coating is damaged is called critical load, which is used as the measurement of the high temperature bonding force between the coating and the substrate. Coating adhesion refers to the adhesion between the coating and the surface of the coated substrate, that is, the difficulty of peeling the coating off the substrate. The more difficult it is to peel, the better the adhesion of the coating. The high temperature scratch instrument includes an atmosphere chamber, which is provided with a heating device for heating the sample, a circulating water cooling device, an XY platform for driving the heating device to move, a scratch instrument host and a scratch image acquisition device. A cooling plate is arranged between the scratch image acquisition device and the heating device, and an observation hole is arranged on the cooling plate The observation hole is embedded with a heat-insulating lens, and the cooling plate is filled with liquid that circulates to cool it, which can observe the scratch on the surface of the metal material to be tested under high temperature environment and calculate the scratch value. The specimen is heated in a high-temperature furnace. After the specimen is heated to the target temperature, the scratch tester applies the loading force value to the specimen. The force value can be adjusted continuously. After the positive force value is stable, the x-axis moves in one direction, driving the specimen to slide for a certain distance. At the same time, the side sensor measures the friction. The friction coefficient can be calculated by the forward force and the direction finding force, and the scratch is generated on the surface of the sample by the indenter. The scratch image acquisition device includes an objective lens and an optical system arranged in the objective lens. The optical system includes a CCD module for connecting to an external computer, a narrow-band light source and a filter lens. The single frequency light emitted by the light source is irradiated in the test The sample is reflected and then enters the CCD module. According to the needs of high temperature scratch detection, and the scratch image collected by the CCD module is clear and distinguishable. Therefore, the area and length of the scratch can be accurately calculated, and the high temperature bonding force of the ceramic coating calculated based on it is more accurate.
