ARCHIMEDES EMR-60 Electromagnetic intensifier

1¡¢ General introduction of electromagnetic pulse intensifier Electromagnetic pulse intensifier is mainly used for a kind of equipment developed based on the unique electromagnetic strengthening technology, mainly used for the strength of various metal materials, especially for the performance enhancement of machine tools and bearings. The research shows that electromagnetic strengthening is more convenient and time-saving than other strengthening treatment, so in many fields, metal workpieces, especially tools, bearings and shafts, are strengthened by electromagnetic strengthening. The results show that, for the cutter, the durability can be increased by 1.5-5 times in a certain cutting specification. At the same time, the electromagnetic intensifier with 30-200kj energy generated by emr-60 can greatly improve the strength of any metal workpiece through the strong magnetic field released by nanosecond switch. After detailed calculation, the dynamic strength and static strength of general materials can be improved through the strong magnetic field 10% - 50% field improvement.
